Janie is ready for adoption!  :)  She has THE coolest personality of any dog I've met in a long time. She's SO smart...picks up training instantly. She's mischievous, curious, adventuresome, and chock full of love. She gets along with all creatures, great and small, including humans of all sizes. She would do well as an only dog or part of a large pack. She needs constant stimulation to keep that beautiful mind occupied. She had an incredibly difficult earl y life, been through the gauntlet, but you wouldn't know it from her loving, outgoing temperament. She'll be your adventure companion by day and lapdog by night. She's 8 months old, about 45 lbs., and will probably be around 50 lbs. all grown up. She's spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations. You must be 21 years of age, own your home, have a 6 foot fence and a home visit will be required.  An application can be completed at www.hfaccr.rog

About Hope For Animals

About Our Rescue Group...

MISSION STATEMENT

Our Mission is to help abandoned, lost and suffering animals through rescue, shelter and public education. We will raise and hold funds for those not able to speak for themselves. Working alone or with other rescue organizations, shelters and animal welfare groups, we will be their advocates for rehoming, veterinary services and humane treatment, regardless of species, breed or age.

WE HAVE NO PAID STAFF AND MOST OF OUR VOLUNTEERS HAVE REGULAR JOBS AND A FAMILY. ALL DONATIONS AND ADOPTION FEES GO DIRECTLY TO THE ANIMALS TAKEN IN BY THE RESCUE. HFA RESCUES MANY OLDER, SICK, AND SPECIAL NEEDS ANIMALS ALONG WITH THE PIT BULLS. WE SPEND A LOT OF TIME CARING FOR THEM AS WELL AS WORKING ON ADOPTING THEM OUT TO WONDERFUL HOMES. PLEASE BE PATIENT WHEN LEAVING A MESSAGE OR FILLING OUT AN APPLICATION.
