Dory's Info...

I am housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Dory's Story...
Dory's an active gal who's serious about having fun! She's friendly, outgoing and gets along with other dogs, people of all ages and cats too!

Dory was born in early August 2016 and weighs 55 lbs. She's healthy, up-to-date on shots and ready to be yours!

Since she's so sociable, we'd like to place Dory in a home with other animals who want a playmate. We feel a home with only older children would be best.

Email Homelesspetsfoundation@gmail.com or call 770-971-0100 for more info. To increase your odds of having first dibs on an animal, fill out an adoption application, found at www.homelesspets.com/adoption-form.

Adoption fees include spaying/neutering, micro-chipping, vaccinations up to date at the time of adoption, one free check-up at Town & Country main vet clinic within 14 days of adoption and a free session with Tenasity dog trainers!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dory, a Marietta Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Marietta, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Marietta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marietta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marietta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marietta paves the way for another one to be saved.
