I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Boomer's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, not good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Boomer's Story...
Boomer is a 6-7 yr old Pomeranian. He is a timid little guy but very sweet. Boomer came from a home where he was tormented by kids a few years ago. For this reason, he takes a bit of time to trust. We are looking for a very patient committed adopter who either works from home or is possibly retired. Boomer is just looking for a warm lap to snuggle up in! He gets along fine with other dogs and would probably do fine with cats as well. Someone with experience with Pomeranians is also a plus! Boomer is up to date on vaccines, neutered, microchipped and had a dental cleaning October 2016.

An adoption fee of $250 includes vaccinations, spay/neuter, microchip, flea and heartworm preventatives if appropriate, and all medical costs while in our care.

If you are interested in adopting this dog, please visit our website and fill out an application online at www.familyadditiondogrescue.org.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Boomer, a Charlotte Pomeranian dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pomeranian for sale in Charlotte, or seeking a Pomeranian dog from a breeder in Charlotte.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Charlotte already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Charlotte breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pomeranian breeders who help with Pomeranian rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Charlotte paves the way for another one to be saved.
