Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Patrick and his 5 littermates were surrendered to our rescue. He is the only black puppy in the litter and because of that he often gets overlooked despite the fact that every time his and his littermates crate is opened at adoption events he’s the one asking for attention. Patrick is very smart and a very fast learner that listens when you tell him something. He is also the adventurer and leader of the pack. He likes attention from people and is affectionate but also loves to play and wrestle so would love to have a playmate that his tolerant of his puppy antics or at least someone that will arrange puppy play dates for him. He is great at keeping his crate clean (even overnight) and has just started in on more formal potty training which he will likely do a good job at catching on with. Patrick tends to be the more vocal one of the pack but will settle down and get quiet in his crate after a bit. He just wants to be near his people or at least outdoors where he loves to spend a good deal of his day. With continued crate training the barking will likely diminish. Patrick has figured out stairs and responds to his name. He is very sweet and fast when he runs with the big dogs and acts like he's just as big as them. Birth date 1/9/17
