Tyler's Story...
I’m Tyler, a young guy with silky, medium-length coat and an outgoing nature. My coat is just purrfect for petting and brushing, mostly gray with a white underbelly. I’m quite the handsome boy, don’t you agree? I’m very outgoing – I like to meet people and say hello. At the FOHA communal cattery, I often sit right by the door. Nobody can enter or exit without seeing me and hopefully giving me a pet – hint, hint. It’s hard to believe I was a stray cat, found by animal control. How could someone not be looking far and wide to find adorable me? Well, FOHA found me, and now it’s your turn to find me and adopt me! I will be a handsome, gregarious addition to any family.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tyler, a Aldie Norwegian Forest Cat cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Norwegian Forest Cat for sale in Aldie, or seeking a Norwegian Forest Cat cat from a breeder in Aldie.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Aldie already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Aldie breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Norwegian Forest Cat breeders who help with Norwegian Forest Cat rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Aldie paves the way for another one to be saved.
