Jill's Story...
Little Miss Jill and her brother Jack just showed up one day at the home of a young couple who scooped them up and brought them to the pound. There they stayed for a week until they could be released to us. They have both been very healthy and just a joy to have here at the rescue. It is, however her time to go to her forever home. Jack has already been adopted and now it's her turn. Their estimated birthdays are 11/22/16. She is spayed, micro-chipped, crate trained, house broken and up to date on all of her vaccines. Guess what? She is ready for you! Are you ready for her??

ADOPTION FEE $500

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jill, a Newark Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Newark, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) puppy from a breeder in Newark.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Newark already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Newark breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Newark paves the way for another one to be saved.
