Hazel is an awesome 7-year old Shepherd mix. Apparently someone put a harness on her and let her grow into it, so now, she has scars on both sides. She was originally adopted from Muskingum County pound. She has a microchip but interestingly, no one can get in touch with the owners. Even with that said, Hazel still trusts humans and is absolutely as sweet as they come. She is house trained, crate trained, good with other dogs, cats and children.
Hazel was tested for heart worm, and we found out that she is HW positive. She will require treatment which the rescue will take care of. We will allow her to be placed in a possible foster to adopt home while going through her treatment. She really deserves a loving family to call her own.
