Winnie's Story...
Winnie is a bubbly and vivacious 12 year old beauty who live every day to the fullest. Winnie is blind, but she loves going for walks and exploring, and she rides great in the car. Winnie is super soft and snuggly, and utterly squeezable. She loves attention, and she loves to be with her people. She comes when you call her name, and she will make a wonderful companion for someone who is ready to take life a little slower. She has been fully vetted, including dental, x-rays, fecal test and senior bloodwork. Winnie is non-shedding.

Adoption process includes application, interview, home visit, contract and donation.

We do not adopt out of state.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Winnie, a Rancho Palos Verdes Poodle (Miniature)/Bichon Frise dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Poodle (Miniature)/Bichon Frise for sale in Rancho Palos Verdes, or seeking a Poodle (Miniature)/Bichon Frise dog from a breeder in Rancho Palos Verdes.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Rancho Palos Verdes already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Rancho Palos Verdes breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Poodle (Miniature)/Bichon Frise breeders who help with Poodle (Miniature)/Bichon Frise rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Rancho Palos Verdes paves the way for another one to be saved.
