I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Domino's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, a special needs pet, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Domino's Story...
This boy is really special. In addition to being beautifully tall and lanky, he is sweet and very smart and intuitive. Domino knows basic commands and is good with dogs and children. He barks at cats right now. Domino loves to please and sits for treats. He'd make a wonderful addition to almost any type of home. Domino is almost 2 years old and about 55 pounds. We are unsure of his breed, but he's a mix, we're guessing he could have Lab, Pittie, Dane, Boxer, and or Bulldog in him.

Domino has underdeveloped Bronchi in his lungs which cause him to cough and be short of breath when he exerts himself too much. After a CT scan and Bronchoscopy at the Purdue University College of Veterinary Medicine, it's been determined that Domino's lung issues are congenital and non-life threatening/shortening. Purdue recommended finding a clean adoptive home for him to reduce allergens, and to not let him exercise too strenuously. This condition doesn't seem to affect Domino negatively, and he's a healthy happy boy.

Domino's adoption fee is $250. Domino is neutered, had a heartworm test, fecal test, vaccines and is microchipped (which costs $10.99 to register). He is kept on heartworm and flea/tick preventative.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Domino, a Munster Labrador Retriever/American Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Munster, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/American Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Munster.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Munster already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Munster breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Munster paves the way for another one to be saved.
