I'm a sweet, 6 month old mixed breed who hasn't had much stability in my short life. I need a committed and responsible adopter who will work with me on my shyness. I am very loving but am also very timid, and I will need time to adjust to my new home. My adopter must be gentle, patient, and prepared to devote a good deal of time to helping me build up my confidence. I was extremely afraid when I came to the shelter, but I've already bonded with some of my caregivers so they know I'm a very loving girl. Once I feel comfortable, I walk nicely on a leash and like to play fetch. I am approved for kind and respectful children aged 15 and up. I will do best in a quieter home with a dog experienced person who will always be gentle with me, and who can commit to me for my whole life long. It will take time, patience, and a lot of love to help me blossom, but I promise I'm totally worth the effort!
