Delilah's Story...
Well, hello there.....in the market for a Shepherd mix? Look no further! My name is Delilah and I'm a sweet girl, about 1-2 yrs old and weigh 45 lbs. I'm a submissive girl and I sure do like to have fun! I was surrendered along with my pal Chewey because our owners could no longer care for us... But you'll meet Chewey later....right now, let's talk about me! I love people, pretty good on a leash and get along good with other dogs. I'm a sturdy gal....but gentle and quiet enough to make a great inside companion. I'm into traveling, reading and rolling in tall grass....I'm available for adoption now!

Act quickly to adopt Delilah. Pets at this Shelter may be held for only a short time.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Delilah, a Conway Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Conway, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Conway.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Conway already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Conway breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Conway paves the way for another one to be saved.
