Riff loves to play so much that his playing is what probably got him into hot water with Animal Control. After a time, he was released to Furkids so we could find him a playful forever home. Riff is living in a foster home with another dog and the two play together for an hour at a time. Riff loves playing with toys, too. Riff is crate trained and his foster mom is working on house training Riff. Riff prefers female humans (he barks at male humans). We're certain, though, that Riff will come around to liking men once he learns they are just as nice as women.
Since Riff’s estimated birthdate is 10/6/2016, his adoption fee is $275 [senior citizens (age 62 and older) and military personnel receive a 15% discount on adoption fees]. If you want to know more about Riff and to speak to an Adoption Counselor, please complete an application at https://furkids.org/dog-adoptions/application. Puppies require a lot of time and commitment. Prior to applying, please make sure your schedule can accommodate a puppy as it will be a member of your family for the next 10 to 15 years. Must be at least 21 years of age to apply.

NOTE: Some shelters have physical locations you can visit; some of these shelters may only have pets for a limited time, so please do not wait for a reply—just go visit the shelter! Other organizations are rescue groups run by busy volunteers who may take a while to reply.
