Belinda is a female Shih Tzu approximately 3 years old. She is on the small side, weighing only 11 pounds full grown. Belinda has a non-shedding, long, tricolor coat of wavy fur. It is very hard to tell what she should look like from the pictures since she had to be completely shaved. Belinda came into the shelter so incredibly neglected and matted that she couldn't even walk. Her beautiful coat was shaved and will grow out fresh and long in no time. With regular grooming and proper care, Belinda with have a soft, long, gorgeous tricolor coat of white, dark gray and brown. Belinda is a funny little thing with personality galore and a perky, sunny way about her. She trots around like she owns the place and absolutely adores people. She will be your little shadow, bopping around the house and keeping you company. Belinda is secure on her own and although she gets along fine with other dogs, she does not need another dog in the household to keep her company. She is all about the people and that is where her love and focus is. Belinda wants to please and she adores being pampered. She will joyfully investigate new toys and loves chews. She can be happy for hours in her doggie bed with a tasty chew. Belinda walks easily on leash and has good manners in public. She rides quietly in the car and is easy to manage. She is going to make a wonderful pet and companion. This darling little dog deserves a better life with people who care about her. She was rescued from a high-volume shelter where she was brought in stray. Belinda is great with her potty habits and knows how to go do her business outside. She is happy to give you all of her love and devotion! She adores treats and is an easy keeper. Belinda is ready for her new forever home today.
Belinda’s adoption donation is $425 (*TAX DEDUCTABLE). She has been SPAYED, MICROCHIPPED, VACCINATED, DEWORMED, DEFLEAED and PROFESSIONALLY GROOMED. Also included is her collar with ID, harness, leash, folder with all of her records, a great PETCO coupon book, and a fun goodie bag with toys, etc.
Belinda is being fostered by Pet Match Rescue Foster Volunteers, Vicki and Cecil and is ready for her forever home.
