Meet Tobias, he is 1 yr old and 10 lb carin Terrier mix.
What we know so far about Tobias is he was a stray dropped off at the shelter. Tobias was evaluated by our local shelter behavior team and did not pass his behavior evaluation. The shelter felt he was to scared to proceed to their adoption center so ahome4spot stepped up and rescued him.
Tobias in his foster home has come out of his shell. His biggest challenge now is that he is very thin and needs to put on a few pounds. He is good with other dogs, good with people, appears so far to be house trained, good in the car and great on the leash.
