Kody is a male Australian Shepherd/King Charles Cavalier mix puppy approximately 6 months old. He has a beautiful tricolor coat and deep chocolate brown eyes. Kody is super soft to touch and actually appears to be low shedding. He currently weighs 17 pounds and should reach an adult weight of about 25 pounds. Kody is a quiet, gentle, somewhat shy guy who lives to please people. He is a lover of peace and will try hard to do what you want. He comes when you call and once he gets to know you he will stick to you like glue, wanting your affection and approval. Kody is as gentle as a bunny rabbit, good with children (they should be calm with him since he is a bit of a baby), and great with other dogs. He likes to play and will let other dogs take the lead. Kody is a very easy keeper and a delight to have in the home. He is great with his potty habits and seems to be a clean, tidy guy. He is super smart and will be a piece of cake to train simple commands or other obedience. He already sits on command, a skill which he learned in a matter of minutes. Kody loves being petted and talked to and blossoms under a gentle touch. He rides quietly in the car and is a good boy in public. We can't say enough positive things about this sweet pup. He is just starting out in life and has an outstanding personality already. Kody has been vet checked, is very healthy, and is going to be a lovely, devoted companion. He might enjoy a family who includes him in daily life and perhaps even another gentle young dog that he can get silly with. Kody is ready for his new forever home today!
Kody’s adoption donation is $550 (*TAX DEDUCTABLE). He has been NEUTERED, MICROCHIPPED, UTD on VACINNATIONS, DEWORMED, DEFLEAED and PROFESSIONALLY GROOMED. Also included is his collar with ID, harness, leash, folder with all of his records, a great PETCO coupon book, and a fun goodie bag with toys, etc.
Kody is being fostered by Pet Match Rescue Foster Volunteer, Sharon and is ready for his forever home.
