June 2017 is National Adopt A Shelter Cat Month!

$25 for cats over 6 mths of age
$75 for kitten 6 mths and under

The dogs wanted in on the party too - adoption fee for senior dogs - $25 and dogs over 40 lbs - $75. Young dogs and dogs under 40 lbs - $100.

This still includes the cost of spay/neuter, rabies vaccination if the pet is old enough, heartworm tests on dogs over 6 mths of age and a microchip for identification.

Brody was surrendered because he can be nippy. He needs to go to a home without children. He does like cats.

Donate to Our Shelter...

The NRH AARC relies on donations to help feed and care for the animals that come into the adoption center. We accept donations in the form of cash and gift cards, dry dog and cat food, canned pet food, cat litter, newspapers, empty aluminum cans (for recycling) and office supplies (such as pens, copy paper, etc.). A tax receipt is available if needed. Thank you for helping the animals.

Our Adoption Process...

Adopter do not have to be a resident of North Richland Hills or Southlake to adopt from us. Though some pets do require additional adoption requirements.

Our adoption fee is $100.00 The adoption fee includes a heartworm test on dogs over 6 months of age, spay or neuter of the pet, vaccinations and a microchip for identification.
