  • Color: Brown/Chocolate - With White
  • Age: Young
  • Size: Med. 26-60 lbs (12-27 kg)

Peanut is a 2yr old Terrier mix that deserves an awesome home after what he has been through! Peanut was living with a family that had no patience for him. They didn't have the time to work on housebreaking, and were barely feeding him or giving him water to stop him from having accidents. He would get yelled at for drinking too much water. We can only imagine how else he was treated by them. Despite this, Peanut is a little lovebug and doesn't let the past affect him! Peanut loves people, kids, and other dogs! He doesn't have a mean bone in his body and just loves to be loved. He is not super high energy but definitely enjoys walks, play time, etc. Peanut is crate trained and will need some guidance on housebreaking, but this shouldn't be an issue for a nice family with patience and dog experience. If you think you can show Peanut what the good life is, come down and meet him today!

About Our Shelter...

CSA was founded in 1990 by Veterinarian, Robert R Blease, DVM to provide an organization where all persons and groups can logically and intellectually discuss all issues affecting animal welfare. CSA has a "common sense" philosophy regarding food animals, wildlife, research and companion pets. We operate a No-kill Shelter and believe education and community service are our most valuable assets.
