Meet Jenna,
Jenna is an 8 month old sweet girl. We believe she is a Lab/Collie mix. Jenna was rescued from a situation where she was not being treated very nicely. We promised her we would find her someone who will love her forever!
Jenna loves wrestling with other dogs and relocating her foster family's shoes and socks, though she hasn't chewed any of them! She is still very much a puppy. Jenna gets along great with other dogs, and she adores children! She does need some basic training, but what pup doesn't? Jenna is timid at first, but warms up once she knows she is safe. A perfect day for Jenna is playing with other dogs and getting loved on by her human.
Because Jenna was not treated very nicely in her last situation, she gets scared by yelling and loud noises. So a calm home is where she would do best! She needs a family who will love her and make her feel safe to explore. She is crate trained, though she will whine a bit until she gets used to her new surroundings. She is house trained, but may still have an occasional accident. She seems to be a bit fearful of entrances and hallways but relaxes with a little encouragement. She is still learning that there are people out there who will treat her kindly. Once she learns to trust, her fears will disappear!
Jenna's adoption fee is $175. This includes her spay, dewormer, DHPP and rabies vaccines,, heartworm test and preventive (through date of adoption), flea and tick preventive (through date of adoption), and microchip.
