Stanley's Story...
Please note that in most cases, breed(s) listed is our best guess.

Hello my name is Stan. I am extroverted and super curious. Playing with other dogs is the best and I am very respectful of their boundaries. I love to cuddle and snuggle after a play session. I really like the kitty I am living with, but I can also respect that the feeling isn't mutual so I admire her from a distance.

I always go to the bathroom on my pee pads and I have started going outside, but it's cold for me so I do my duty and rush in for a cuddle. I like to sleep in my kennel and if my people are busy I go there on my own for my naps.

While breeds are our best guess, we anticipate these adorable puppies could be part Catahoula Leopard Dog. We encourage all potential adopters to read about this breed prior to submitting an application.

Catahoulas are intelligent, loyal, independent, protective and highly entertaining! Catahoulas require constant mental stimulation and hard physical exercise to be good companions. Most catahoulas require a minimum of one hour running exercise each day. They also require obedience training – they are an assertive dominant breed and can quickly take over a household if given the chance.

Adoption Fee: $250 + 100 spay / Neuter Deposit

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Stanley, a Regina Labrador Retriever/Catahoula Leopard Dog puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Catahoula Leopard Dog for sale in Regina, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Catahoula Leopard Dog puppy from a breeder in Regina.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Regina already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Regina breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Catahoula Leopard Dog breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Catahoula Leopard Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Regina paves the way for another one to be saved.
