Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Blind Dog Rescue Alliance will transport within reasonable distance. This sweet cuddle girl is being fostered in Virginia.
Cheyanne is:
*loves to snuggle!
*easy adult girl
*housebroken, and will use puppy pads when left for long periods
*mostly blind, can see shadows. well adjusted to her vision loss
This is what Cheyanne's foster mom has to say:
Shyann is a mature Pekingese that would love nothing more than a warm bed to spend her golden years. She is happy to sit with her human and watch TV. She is very good at letting you know when she would like to potty and will use a puppy pad if she has to be left for extended periods. Shyann was very matted when she came to BDRA but her hair is growing back. The vet says with a good healthy diet it should look good as new. She takes her food softened but is eating better now that she has had her dental. She will require time to warm up in a new environment and a deliberate approach to let her know your intent to pet or pick her up. Once you have her picked up and supported she is absolutely fine with being held. She has a bed warmer at her foster home and loves it because she is working on putting on a little more weight. Do you have room for this little lady in your home?
Blind Dog Rescue Alliance has voted against the use of electric fencing effective immediately.
