Here's what the humans have to say about me:
What can we say about our sweetie Junebug? She is approx. 1.5 yrs old and was rescued her as a kitten. She never fully blossomed into that affectionate kitty every rescuer hopes for. She has come leaps and bounds however, and every day she becomes more confident and secure. We are so proud of her progress!
She has free roam in her foster home and does not hide, she is always out and about. Junebug very much wants to be a part of a family but is still timid of people. Although you can walk right next to her and she will come and sit near you she is still scared of being touched and pet. (unless its time to eat!!)
She is a very well behaved kitty in her foster home and loves to explore and watch the birds out of the windows. She loves to play with toys and will do just about anything for a treat like warm chicken or some tuna!
Let her show you who she is, accept her quirks and limits, and you will have a friend for life. She is looking for someone to run the marathon with her, not the sprint.
Junebug LOVES other cats and has learned so many valuable social skills from the other cats in her foster home. She needs to be adopted with a resident cat/cats - she loves to be part of the pack and fits in well with all aged cats.
For more info or to meet Junebug, please email her foster mom Kellie at kellie.drex@gmail.com.
She lives in a foster home until her forever family is found.
She is spayed, vaccinated, dewormed, and has tested negative for FIV/FeLV.
