Arri-ADOPTION PENDING's Story...
The King Charles/Tibetan Spaniel mix is deservedly known as a great breed mix! Of utmost importance...both breeds are famous for their great temperaments, intellect, love of fun and extremely snuggly ways. They're also known to be trustworthy and very gentle with family members and other family pets.

Arri is a great representative of both these loving and family-oriented breeds...he loves being with his people and if a walk is the order of the day - count him in! Arri would be overjoyed to take a hike through the Colorado mountains...and then crash on the couch snuggling close to his favorite humans and canines. Arri is an absolutely adorable and engaging guy who favors the intellect of the Tibetan Spaniel while taking on the very engaging and fun-loving qualities of the King Charles.

Arri's Kansas rescuer had the following to say about this incredible guy:

Arri is the sweetest baby imaginable with an easy going personality and a medium level of energy. He does love to play and take walks (we're working on his leash skills and he's coming along), but he also loves to cuddle and have his tummy scratched. Arri gets along really well with our three smaller dogs and did great when our twelve year old grandson was visiting. We crate him at night next to our bed, and he sleeps quietly through the night.

Arri would fit in nicely with any family since he's an incredibly sweet and loving guy! He would enjoy the attention and full-time company of retirees and they would love him as well. He's an amazing lap-dog and a wonderful and loyal best friend. I think that Arri would also be very happy playing with older, dog-crazy kids. He would appreciate their love of fun and then cuddling in bed with them through the night.

Arri's sweet nature is just waiting to be enjoyed and appreciated...he makes playmates everywhere he goes. He is social and that means everyone he meets has the potential to become a friend. You know when a loved one approaches, Arri's tail starts the greeting and it wiggles up through his entire body ending in a smile. And if your lap is available, up Arri goes to cuddle and snuggle and let you know the level of his devotion.

Arri is such a wonderful being...we think he represents the best qualities of his breed mix. At just about 10 months old and 10 lbs (anticipated to be about 12 lbs when full-grown), he seems to be healing from his very scary experience in a shelter...each day he's blossoming just a little more. Arri has become a fuzzy ball of good-will that loves to please - the happier his family is with his behavior, the more he shines with his accomplishments. We would like to see Arri in a home that includes him in family time and activities...he's engaging and would thrive in a family that truly loves him and considers him a very important family member.

Arri will not be neutered when he arrives in Denver - while we request it, there just aren't enough vets to cover the needs of the vast number of homeless dogs in this part of Kansas. Farfel's is happy to cover all costs for Arri's neuter and microchip immediately after his arrival in Colorado if our Denver vet is used.

Arri will be arriving on transport in Denver on Tuesday 3/21/17. If interested in this very sweet best friend who is so full of love and personality, please fill out an application at http://farfelsrescue.com/adoption/ and submit to farfelsapps@gmail.com or fax to 303-443-7730.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Arri-ADOPTION PENDING, a Boulder Cavalier King Charles Spaniel/Tibetan Spaniel dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel/Tibetan Spaniel for sale in Boulder, or seeking a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel/Tibetan Spaniel dog from a breeder in Boulder.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Boulder already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Boulder breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cavalier King Charles Spaniel/Tibetan Spaniel breeders who help with Cavalier King Charles Spaniel/Tibetan Spaniel rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Boulder paves the way for another one to be saved.
