Knox enjoys being close to people and will climb up to be at your level so he can look into your eyes with his beautiful baby blues! He absolutely loves being petted and closes his eyes and rolls his head around while you rub him. An inquisitive cat, he also enjoys treats, basking in the sun and taking cat naps.
This sweet guy tests positive for Feline Immunodeficiency Virus. Cats with FIV can live long, healthy lives and it's very hard for other cats to catch unless they get into serious fights involving bites. Born in 2003, Knox is otherwise healthy, and gets along with some other cats, but not all. He loves dogs! This friendly cat does have one bad habit: He marks his territory by spraying. We think he can be worked with, though, and the trainers at Best Friends would be happy to help!
Do you have the heart for a fellow like this? He's so sociable and warm - and needs you so badly.
As part of our Single* pets adoption special, Knox qualifies for free adoption, and a free flight to his new home!
*Single pets do best as the only pet in the home.
