Tootsy came from a hoarding situation in Nevada. As a result of having almost no human contact, she's scared of people and won't let them touch her yet.
She loves other cats, though, and spends her days hanging out with them.
Born in 2005, Tootsy knows she needs to make up for lost time. She will need to go home with someone patient who will allow her to come around when she is ready. But that certainly would change her life.
