Such a cute baby-face!
And Demi really needs a home. She just needs that one-on-one attention that can help her overcome the past. She was one of hundreds of cats rescued from a terrible animal hoarding situation in Pahrump, Nevada. Give her a minute --- maybe two -- she's really sorry that she still runs away at first - she doesn't want to! But she's shy. Once she relaxes, her baby face will light when she see's you but she still doesn't trust people and doesn't not accept petting. Demi has to compete with so many cats that she is pulling herself away and hiding. She really needs a home, not a sanctuary to prove to her that she doesn't need to be scared anymore.
Demi is a healthy, young little cat. If you would consider her, she promises she'd thank you with a big kitty smile for taking care of a girl like her, who once thought there was no one out there who cared.
