Danette was extremely shy when she first came to Best Friends from a California shelter. Since she's been here, she's getting braver and we can even pet her from time to time. Born around 2013, she's good with other cats unless they pick on her. She is in good health. We believe she would likely thrive in a home where either she's the only cat, or there's another cat who is very laid back. With a patient person, she will continue to become less timid and more affectionate.
