My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Kenai is one terrific tripod!

His history is pretty horrific and includes a terribly abusive family, but the past is the past. In true dog fashion, he has moved on and proven himself to be a really great dog. He's a big boy with a big bark. He likes to greet new people vocally, which can be a little intimidating, but don't let him fool you. One treat and he's your best friend for life!

He's very smart and a little stubborn, likes people and playing with other dogs. He's been good with the kids he's been introduced to and while there are no cats in his foster home, he has been around cats in the past with no issue.

He's missing one of his front legs but that certainly doesn't slow him down any. Kenai is around 2 years old.

He has lots of energy and would benefit from another dog his age to play with or a person who likes to go for walks/jogs.

Because of what he's gone through, whoever adopts Kenai is going to have to be really special. He deserves to be loved and spoiled for the rest of his life and we will make sure that whoever adopts him is worthy of him!

His adoption fee is $250 and includes all vetting and microchip.
