Katie's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Katie's Story...
Sweet, tiny miss Katie was turned in to a kill shelter in TN because her owners just didn't have time for a dog. Ugh! She is just right at a year old, maybe a bit younger and weighs 8.5 lbs. She is frisky, playful, loving and attentive! All she wants is someone to play with her and love her! She has now been spayed, HW tested negative, microchipped and is current on shots. She loves everyone but due to her tiny size we are looking for a home with older children. If you would like to add this baby to your family, please contact lorainecm@comcast.net or omlc7@hotmail.com and we will send info and application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Katie, a Foster Fox Terrier (Toy)/Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Fox Terrier (Toy)/Chihuahua for sale in Foster, or seeking a Fox Terrier (Toy)/Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Foster.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Foster already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Foster breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Fox Terrier (Toy)/Chihuahua breeders who help with Fox Terrier (Toy)/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Foster paves the way for another one to be saved.
