Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Marla!
Marla is a sweet lab mix that found her way to rescue after her family could not find dog friendly living accommodations. She's almost 3 years old and had been with her family her entire life so was initially pretty anxious from the change, but has really come out of her shell while in her foster home.
She loves to give kisses and snuggle and while she can be clingy at times, she will also go and relax in her crate or on her bed.
She's a medium energy girl that does need adequate exercise to keep her happy and balanced so she'd love an active family or a fenced yard where she can run.
She is great with people and loves other dogs. She is housebroken, has been doing very well with crate training and also knows her basic commands. She does pull a bit on leash so will need some additional work on her leash manners.
She is not destructive in the home if left uncrated and is not a big barker. She loves to play tug, is down for a good game of fetch or is happy to romp and then cuddle up with her canine foster sisters. She is good with the resident cat so could also live with a dog savvy feline.
Marla is UTD on vaccines and will be spayed prior to finalizing her adoption.
