Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sweet Sammy with the prettiest eyes ever is looking for a new home. The only reason that this is his status is because his owner passed away. He is a hound/terrier mixture (maybe spaniel? - hard to say - but he is just gorgeous regardless!) This rescue business is new to him and he is warming up nicely to the volunteers. Sammy has nice leash manners and is good with other pups. Cats are unknown at this time. He is only 2-3 years in age and would really love a family that is looking for a fun playing dog to add to their life! We are learning more about him as he is a new arrival and will provide updates soon on his house skills.

Adoption events are every Saturday, excluding holidays, at the Petco located at 11331 W. Broad Street, Glen Allen, VA (next to Trader Joe’s) from 11:00am to 2:00pm.
