My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Leo has had zero adoption applications, and we aren’t sure why. Leo has that All-American dog look…yellow Lab mix. He is a sweet little fella, and he has a jump-start with his puppy training. We are starting crate training, but he definitely prefers being a free spirit. With consistency, patience and time though, he will pick this up. He has also begun potty training and is doing pretty good. Leo loves his toys and chew bones. He will ask for you to play with him, and if you don’t accept his invitation, he will enjoy his toys on his own. We don’t believe Leo will be too tall; he is a little stocky fella. He has met a few dog savvy children and was kind and patient. Leo is the perfect little package, and we are hopeful he will find his Hero Family soon. Thank you for your interest in one of our Hero Babies! Before inquiring, we thought it was important to share a few of our policies. We do not adopt puppies under 16 weeks to out of state adopters. This is due to our spay/neuter policies, and all dogs must be spayed/neutered before leaving Georgia state lines. We do not adopt siblings to the same household. We do require that all of your current dogs and cats are current on vaccines and spayed/neutered. We do not have a shelter, and are a foster-home based organization. Other than meeting our babies at events, we do require that you have an approved adoption application to schedule a meet and greet.
