Iris was first brought to YWAC in September when she was picked up by Animal Control as a stray. Since then she has been adopted and returned three times. Her adopters have had problems with her chewing things up inside, escaping and being aggressive around food with a smaller dog. She has never bitten anyone or gotten into a fight with another dog (though she snapped at the smaller dog). Iris needs an owner who has experience with huskies. Because of her behavior with food she is PG-8 and cannot go to a home with children under that age. She is crate trained. She knows Sit, Stay and Come. Iris is still a young dog, about one year old.
