The Great Catsby, born approximately 11/13/16, could really use a quiet home to help him come out of his shell. He needs to be in a low key home with not a lot going on around him. He is a sweet boy, and a gentle boy but needs that special and understanding home that will give him a warm lap to be held on, and time to let him know that people aren't bad (he was abandoned and left to fend for himself which included some dumpster diving to survive. During the day, kids were known to throw rocks at him) and that he won't have to think of where his next meal will come from. He loves wet food in the morning (Salmon flavor will especially help him bond; that is his favorite), although he does love all wet food, and his foster family also has him on ProPlan chicken dry food. But to transition to a new dry food shouldn't be a problem. Still not completely sure about the foster family dog, some gentle introductions shouldn't make this too much of an issue and of course the more mellow the dog, the better. A house with a confident playmate to help him adjust would be great but lots of TLC from his humans will be perfect for this precious baby.

Adoption events are held at the Fair Oaks Petco (Madison at Hazel) on Saturdays and Sundays from noon to 4pm.
