My story

This goofy guy is Gus and he is on the lookout for his loving forever home. Gus came to us with some hair-loss and dermatitis that was likely the result of a flea allergy. Regular flea treatments should help clear this up for him. He's also a dog that would benefit from a grain-free diet in case he has some food allergies as well. Gus is a happy-go-lucky boy that likes to explore with his people and would like to go on short hikes with you. He gets a little nervous when he is left alone and will do best going to a home with someone who has lots of time to spend with him. Gus plays a little bit with toys but is really more interested in interacting with you or going for walks. He is really relaxed in the company of other dogs and should do well living with a respectful canine friend. Gus hasn't shown too high of a prey drive here and should adjust to living with a confident cat that will stand its ground with him. Gus is a gentle dog who can live with respectful, older children.
