Jinx's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, not good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Jinx's Story...
Jinx is a 6 year old Mini - Sheltie who loves to play and snuggle. She loves playing fetch and tug-o-war. She will play fetch until you tell her to stop. She knows "drop it". We throw the ball long distances and she is fast! She knows basic commands, knows the phrase "load up" when going on car rides. She will let you know when she needs to go potty by going and laying by the doors. She prefers to sleep on the floor by the bed or on the bed. She loves burying herself under blankets. She loves the snow. She is loving and loyal and can be sensitive. She gets along great with other dogs but doesn't really want a "play buddy" but another dog to hang out with is not a bad thing. Jinx is not good with little kids and will snap at them. She is looking for an adult only home where someone is around most of the day.

Jinx is spayed, current on vaccinations and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $300.00.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jinx, a Bend Sheltie, Shetland Sheepdog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Sheltie, Shetland Sheepdog for sale in Bend, or seeking a Sheltie, Shetland Sheepdog dog from a breeder in Bend.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bend already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bend breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Sheltie, Shetland Sheepdog breeders who help with Sheltie, Shetland Sheepdog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bend paves the way for another one to be saved.
