Intake date: 3/16/2017
Breed: DMH Tuxedo
Age: Approx 1 year old
Adoption fee: $75 (which includes microchip enrollment fee)
Good with other cats/dogs: yes
Vetting: altered (spayed/neutered), UTD on shots, FIV/FeLV negative
Health issues: none
Temperament: Very sweet and affectionate
Intake reason: We were contacted by a teacher at Benton Middle School about this sweet cat who showed up one morning at their school. The teachers at the school attempted to find an owner by contacting animal control. There are no residences close to the school, so it's likely she was dumped. Also, our vet determined she has been spayed... another sign she was likely dumped. She's very sweet and used to human touch... yet another clue that she was likely dumped. Sadly, this kind of thing happens more often than people think. She is safe now thanks to the kind teachers at Benton Middle School who took her in and then reached out to us for help. Sadly, we are not always able to help abandoned cats, but we had an opening and were able to in this case. Clover is a sweetheart! She loves attention and affection. She’s curious of her surroundings and while she doesn’t want much to do with the other cats, she doesn’t mind them being around. She’s a doll awaiting her furever home!
Others notes: Only adopters with a responsible cat ownership history and excellent vet reference need apply. If you bring this pet into your heart and home, you will receive in return many years of love, companionship, and loyalty. That’s our guarantee. Keep in mind BEFORE APPLYING that a cat’s lifespan is 15-20 years… sometimes even longer! If you cannot provide a FOREVER home, please do not apply!
