Mr. Frosty may be the smallest in his litter but he sure doesn't let that get in his way. Frosty amuses his foster family prancing around and playing with whatever he finds whether it's a broom or a sock . Frosty enjoys the other puppies, dogs and children in his foster home. Although he hasn't met a cat, he would surely like them, too.Frosty is deaf but like his size he doesnt let being deaf get in his way one bit.
