Meet Phillip; he is one yr old and 5 lb Chihuahua.
What we know so far about Phillip is he was a stray that someone brought into the shelter. When the shelter behavior team evaluated Phillip, he did not pass his behavior evaluation. The shelter staff felt he was too scared to proceed to their adoption center, so Ahome4spot rescued him.
Phillip upon getting to his foster home has been very social; he was just scared in the shelter environment. He is good with other dogs, good in the car, a little shy at first but good with people and so far appears to be house trained. We will update his information as we get to know him better. Phillip has been diagnosed by the shelter staff with a heart murmur, however, was not bad enough to prevent him from having his neuter surgery.
