Little Sweet Teddie is a pure bred six year old Shihtzu who came from a home that neglected his care. He has a low thyroid and must take a pill daily and they are very inexpensive. He was very malnourished and developed an allergy that made all his hair fall out. We have vetted and nursed him back to health for 3 months now and his skin is still in the process of clearing up and he will need to continue with meds for awhile longer. His hair is hair is growing back in nicely. Teddie is so well behaved and is a loving little lap dog that would love to keep you company. He is house trained, can use a doggie door, rides wonderfully in your car and just wants to be with his human. He is a really good little dog and only weighs about 7-9 lbs. He has a gorgeous tri-colored coat that soon will thick and glossy. We are looking for an experienced adopter to will not mind continuing his inexpensive Medicine until he is fully healed.
