Oliver is a 7mo male retriever/border collie mix puppy who was rescued as a stray in rural Mississippi. Friendly, well-socialized, happy temperament. Good with other dogs and fine with cats, altho he's a little playful and frisky with them (see video). Great with kids and recommended for children 6 years and older. High energy level outside, still has a lot of puppy left in him.  Oliver would LOVE agility training! Settles down quickly in the house, has good house manners.  Crate trained and housebroken. Obeys basic commands.  Loves to be with his people.  Good on a leash, rides great in the car.  Healthy and fully vetted, current on shots, neutered, weighs about 38 pounds.  AWESOME young dog will make a wonderful companion  for an active family with kids.

About Good Dog Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

Good Dog Rescue is an all-breed rescue group headquartered in the South. Our group is comprised of volunteers all over the Southeast who love dogs and want to help those that end up homeless through no fault of their own. Loyal and loving dogs turn up every day in Southern shelters, as owners turn them in or they’re found roaming the streets after being dumped. To the best of our abilities, we evaluate all of our Good Dogs’ temperament and suitability for living with other dogs, cats, and children. A dog’s health is checked, and we make sure they are up-to-date on all shots and are spayed or neutered. Then, we place them in loving foster homes until they find their very own family. Our goal is to meet the needs of each dog as an individual and to assure proper placement in a loving forever home.
