My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! My name is Jak. I first came to the shelter in 2015 with my brother. We were dropped off in a cardboard box because our owners didn't want us anymore. At the shelter there was this nice lady that took care of us until we were adopted into different families. I had a wonderful time with my family but my owner had to deploy to Afghanistan. Since he couldn't take me with him, he brought me back to the nice lady at the shelter. I miss him very much.

I am very friendly and love to be scratched behind the ears. I get along with other cats but don't know about dogs. I like to sleep under things so I feel protected. My favorite spot to sleep is under this nice rug in my cage or under the ottoman in the room where I stay. I would love to come live with you. Please come and visit me soon.
