Domino's Story...
Hi everyone, my name is Domino. Can you figure out how I got my name? I look like a domino with my awesome spots on my back and side. i'm a three year old terrier mix so I have tons of life to experience. I'm a pretty cool dude. I can't wait to meet my new family so we can hangout all the time. I love to play. It'd be awesome if I could go home to new toys and family who would play with me. My previous owners couldn't keep me anymore because of allergies so if you like me, plan on keeping me forever. I'm only $160 which includes all of my vetting, vaccinations, flea treatment, deworming and microchipping. I'm available for adoption at Warrick Humane Society so please come see me if you can give me a great home!!

Our online applications and more info about our facility found at!

All of our dogs receive extra love and attention. They are tested for Heartworms, vaccinated, spay/neutered, microchipped and Revolution flea/tick applied prior to adoption. We REQUIRE an approved application including vet reference for adoption and a home visit in some circumstances. Each dog will be placed in a home that is appropriate for that dog and we reserve the right to deny adoption for any reason.

Here’s how it works: ShelterCare Pet Insurance Programs cover you when your pet needs essential veterinary care from an illness or injury. Also, every time a completed application for a ShelterCare program is generated through our shelter’s website, we automatically receive a $25 donation to help cover common needs like blankets, litter and food. This donation is of no cost to you and provides us with essential funds. Make the right move and enroll today!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Domino, a Newburgh Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Newburgh, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog from a breeder in Newburgh.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Newburgh already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Newburgh breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Newburgh paves the way for another one to be saved.
