My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cooperman as we call him is ready to be your Superman! He is faster than a speeding bullet, forms stronger bonds with his humans than Superglue, and can catch his squeaky tennis ball in a single bound.

Not even kryptonite will prevent him from saving his precious family from Satan Squirrel, Cat Woman, or the Ratster. As far as canine friends go, he prefers a well matched Lois Lane over Jimmy Olsen.

Superheros gotta stay in shape for plenty of crime fighting, so daily walks keep him in shape, but he needs some down time too with his family getting massages, belly rubs, or just hanging out watching tv.

Cooper is 6 years old and a mixture of great dane, lab, and maybe even some greyhound. He is housebroken, crate trained, and completely trustworthy in the home by himself. He is microchipped, on heartworm prevention, neutered, and up to date on vaccinations.

The shelter software system requires us to choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most of our dogs we are only guessing predominant breed or breed mix. We encourage you to select your new companion by considering each dog's individual personality and pet qualities instead of relying on a breed label that is only a guess.
