Miller is a very friendly guy, he loves people, loves to cuddle, and needs a family who can spend lots of  fun time with him.

He is very eager to please and learns commands quickly. He liked his previous family’s cat and engaged her to play but knows when to submit if she got irritated with him.

He was neutered when found and he has put on some weight since then; he was starving when found.

He pulls on the leash but it’s energy and excitement, not aggression. He’s been learning better manners and he’s house-trained.

His favorite game is fetch and he loves tug ropes. He will play in the sprinklers and try to eat them if you’ll let him. He is always ready to play and will bring you his toys to show you he wants your time!

Rawhide makes him sick but he loves to chew on his Nylabone or any other bones you provide. He’ll bring toys and bones to show you and then will relax nearby to chew them and hang out.

Need a fun-loving boy like Miller?

The minimum adoption donation ranges from $300 to $400. This amount only partially covers the cost of veterinary care, boarding fees, and other miscellaneous expenses involved in the temporary care and adoption of our dogs and is 100% tax deductible.

Prior to placement, all dogs will be spayed or neutered, receive current vaccinations, and are usually microchipped. If not, arrangements will be made on an individual basis. Special consideration may be given to those willing to adopt older dogs or dogs with physical problems.

Our adoption process begins with completing an application on-line. A phone screening will soon follow, and lastly a home visit will be conducted by our volunteers.

We show our dogs at adoption events every weekend! Check our our website to see where we'll be next!
