Oreo is a sweet guy. He has short legs like a Basset but is mainly Beagle, I think. Maybe some Border Collie??? He is about 2 years old.

In the shelter environment it is hard to determine if they actually are and even if they were, they will usually have to be re-trained when they go to a home. This is usually easy if you are consistent in when you take them out and use positive training methods. We can provide tips upon request.
