My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Buddy is a 18 month month old neutered male chocolate lab. Buddy weighs 71 pounds and is up to date on shots. This dog is approved for homes with children ages 10 and up.

Mar 20, 2017: Buddy #4 has been settling in with his foster siblings and family. He is shy when new people come into the house and lays down, but after a while, he slowly approaches and enjoys taking treats. He likes to play with toys and hanging out with the resident dogs. He doesn't know how to play much, but he's following their lead. He likes to go into the crate and hang out there with the door open, but he doesn't like it when it's closed, so foster is working on making him used to that. He will do best in a home where he can get regular potty breaks, every 4-5 hours. He has not had any accidents and knows to do his business outside. Buddy met the two resident cats and after they hissed at him, he walked away. Smart kid! Buddy needs to go to a family with another dog and a yard with a physical fence.

Buddy #4 is a handsome and sweet guy looking for a family to love. He is very shy and will need a patient and loving family to help him adjust to living the good life. He was good around the kids at the farm but did not live indoors with them, so he is approved for kids 10 and up. No cat history. Good with other dogs and used to run around with them in a fenced area. He will need to go to a family with another dog to show him the ropes and help him build his confidence.
