Adoption Donation:  $175

If you're looking for a sweet little dog with the spirit of a survivor, Victoria Stillwell may be the girl for you!  Seriously, nothing can get this girl down! This Victoria  doesn't train dogs because she's busy learning to be one herself. She was found abandoned and badly matted but is just happy nice people came to her rescue. She had to be shaved, but that doesn't bother her one bit. She had to have all of her badly rotted teeth removed too, so she now enjoys chowing down on soft food and snacking on little pieces of cheese.

Victoria is living it up in her foster home and learning what it's like to be loved and well cared for. She enjoys prancing through the house, curling up on the couch, and romping in the yard.

Victoria will do best in a patient, loving home that will continue to work with her on house manners. She's estimated to be 7-8 years old, and is waiting for you in Rome, GA.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Victoria Stillwell*Adopted, a Largo Maltese dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maltese for sale in Largo, or seeking a Maltese dog from a breeder in Largo.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Largo already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Largo breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maltese breeders who help with Maltese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Largo paves the way for another one to be saved.
