Sissy is a very sweet little girl and will be one year old in March.  She weighs 6.9 pounds, is full of energy and playfulness and loves her time outdoors retrieving balls playing fetch with them. She likes to chew on bones and chewy  sticks and gets along great with other doggies, and she really enjoys her foster siblings.

She loves to snuggle and spend one on one time with her foster mom.  She would do very well in a home that has another playful furbaby, as she just loves to play!

This baby will be playing in Walterboro, SC until her forever family brings her home.  Please fill out an online application to start the process of adopting this sweet little girl.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sissy*Adopted, a Largo Maltese puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maltese for sale in Largo, or seeking a Maltese puppy from a breeder in Largo.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Largo already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Largo breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maltese breeders who help with Maltese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Largo paves the way for another one to be saved.
