My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Alvin is one spunky and tame boy we believe; he/ she’s sex has yet to be determined. Alvin has never been tested. So for now we call him Alvin, likes to ham it up for the camera. Alvin is an energetic 9 year old Blue Front Amazon. Alvin is tame and has a good temperament, and gets along fine with all other birds too. He has had his times of being cranky when he doesn’t get his way.
He loves being trusted to stay out of his cage for weeks on end, and can get cranky after being put back in his care.

Without a doubt, Alvin has been one of the most trustworthy Sweet Blue Front Amazons we have ever had. He can be trusted to stay out of his cage for the rest of his life, he is on his best behavior when he is out of his cage for 6 days in a row, on the 7th day, we make him stay in his cage overnight till noon, and he lets you know that he doesn’t like being caged.

Delivery is available in most local areas of Washington and Oregon State. An additional delivery fee may be required for those qualified applicants who live more than 25 miles from Portland, Oregon.
Alvin has had a rough past, but he/ she has a good heart a warm soul. If you would like to adopt Alvin with his nice cage; please submit your adoption application.

*We ask that her new adopters be one of the heads of the household, and a minimum of 27 years of age. Sorry but we will not place any parrot in a home with any Dachshund or Terrier mix dogs.
