Isabella's Story...
Meet Isabella, she is five yrs old and 16 lb Shih Tzu.
Isabella was an owner surrender along with her sister Celine to ahome4spot. Her family was unable to care for them anymore.
What we know so far about Isabella is she is good with other dogs, good in the car and appears so far to be house trained. Isabella has some redness and hair loss to skin. She was very unkept and had some matting in her coat so she may have had some allergies to her prior environment. We have cleaned her up, and we will see how she does from there. She is also getting a dental cleaning.
To meet Isabella, please fill out an interest form at www.ahome4spot.com and text her foster mom Carol at 702-232-8691

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Isabella, a Las Vegas Shih Tzu dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shih Tzu for sale in Las Vegas, or seeking a Shih Tzu dog from a breeder in Las Vegas.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Las Vegas already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Las Vegas breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shih Tzu breeders who help with Shih Tzu rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Las Vegas paves the way for another one to be saved.
